Registration
That is, overprint accuracy. This is a common term in printing. It is one of the important symbols used to measure the printing quality of offset press.
The term registration is only applicable to two-color and multi-color printing. Its meaning means that when printing color prints, the pictures and texts of different colors on the printing plate are accurately overlapped on the same print. Ink balance
Water ink balance is one of the basic principles of offset printing, which is based on the immiscibility mechanism of oil and water. The immiscibility of ink and water is the basic principle of lithographic printing, but in offset printing, ink and water must be on the same plate at the same time and keep a balance. In this way, it is required to maintain a sufficient amount of ink on the graphic part of the plate and ensure that the blank part of the plate is not dirty. This balance relationship between water and ink is called water ink balance. Mastering the balance of ink and water is the prerequisite to ensure the quality of offset printing.
